Blink Reflex Testing

In the new video, Alexander Chibirev, a consulting physician at Neurosoft, explains the blink reflex testing technique. This method makes it possible to assess the function of the sensory fibers of the trigeminal nerve, the motor fibers of the facial nerve, as well as their interaction at the level of the brainstem.
The technique shown in the video was performed using a 3-channel electromyograph manufactured by Neurosoft:
- three recording channels for the fastest possible examination; “all-in-one” design: stimulators, amplifier, keyboard, and display; stimulation and needle EMG in accordance with international standards;
- current stimulator with the ability to deliver a bipolar stimulus.
